5. Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock
unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Visa or Master Card debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will bethe same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the
amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

• We provide chilled / refrigerated delivery to maintain product freshness.
• Delivery by Yalı Beyi Gourmet is currently only available to Dubai.
• Delivery will be provided on the same day.Only traffic, weather conditions , or
unforeseen circumstances may cause changes.
• Once the order is delivered to the provided address, responsibility for proper storage
transfers to the customer.
• To avoid delivery delays , please enter your full address and contact information
completely.
• Delivery charges apply based on the order total. Orders of 100 AED and above
qualify for free delivery.For orders under 100 AED , the delivery fee is 35 AED.
7. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products:
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for perishable goods once delivered.
• Exceptions apply only in cases of:
• Incorrect items delivered
• Damaged items upon delivery
Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
8. Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared or dispatched.
• Same-day and chilled deliveries are non-cancellable after confirmation.

We may partner with third-party delivery or marketplace platforms.

service failures caused by third- party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
We are not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supply chain
disruptions.
